An entrepreneur at heart, Anouk has experience with both operations and investment in the early stages of high-growth, high-impact ventures.

At Total Impact Capital, Anouk focuses on the set-up and management of new investment vehicles. Before joining the Total Impact Capital team, Anouk was an early employee of early-stage VC Antler and part of the global team designing and scaling the investment platform to support over 300 companies across 14 locations. In parallel, Anouk has experience advising early-stage entrepreneurs across markets and sectors and is particularly passionate about women's empowerment and climate tech.

Anouk holds a Bachelor's in Political Science from McGill University and a Master's from ESSEC Business School.
